The experience of scientific and pedagogical work of Popova N.P. is more than 14 years, including 10 years as an associate professor. He is a corresponding member of the International Academy of Agricultural Education. The main scientific work is related to the study of soybean varieties of the northern ecotype, as well as to the optimization of the fodder value of corn-soybean silage on the reclaimed lands of the Non-Chernozem zone, restoration of the fertility of the unproductive lands of the Non-Chernozem zone of the Russian Federation. As a result of the research, adaptive technologies for growing soybeans and using it to improve the nutritional value of early maturing corn hybrids for forage purposes in the Non-Black Earth Region have been developed, samples of soybeans of the northern ecotype have been created and transferred to the VIR collection with a catalog number assigned.
