Purpose: formation of students' theoretical knowledge, practical skills in analyzing various technologies for growing vegetables in open and protected ground, drawing up varietal technologies taking into account soil and climatic conditions. Students will master the planning of yields, taking into account the reduction of energy costs and conservation of resources using modern biological methods of plant protection and elements of ecological farming. On the basis of the proposed program, the applicant will receive complete information on existing technologies for the production of mushrooms, both well-known and exotic for various uses: as a food product and as medicinal products.
