Lyudmila Ivanovna is a well-known scientist both in Russia and abroad in the theory and practice of the anti-brucellosis post-vaccination process in the "mother-placenta-fetus" system in different species of animals, with various effects on the body.
L.I. Drozdova is a scientific consultant for doctoral and candidate dissertations in Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Perm. Joint research is underway with scientists from the Medical Academy and URO RAS.
Based on many years of research carried out by L.I.Drozdova. and her students published 8 monographs, including the monographs "Pathomorphology of the placental barrier of animals", "Pathomorphosis of acute tick-borne encephalitis in the Middle Urals", "Morphology of histo-hematological barriers in swine chlamydia", Postpartum period in cattle physiology and pathology: and a number of others. For 14 years under the leadership of L.I. Drozdova, the Dissertation Council for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations functioned.
At present, under the leadership of L.I.Drozdova, 40 dissertations have been defended, 3 candidate dissertations are being prepared for the defense and 4 postgraduate students are studying in graduate school. LI Drozdova heads the department of morphology, examination and surgery in the amount of 26 teachers and 4 people of teaching and auxiliary personnel. Each of the doctors of sciences who graduated from the scientific school of L.I. Drozdova heads his own school and continues to work in this direction.
