In the annual competition of business projects for schoolchildren and college students "Youth of the Urals - the Innovative Economy of Russia" with international participation, the first place among the participants of the competition was taken by Anastasia Plekhanova, a 9th grade student at "Gymnasium No. 1 named after Hero of the Russian Federation A.V. Balandina ", Balashikha, Moscow region.
On the initiative of the Sverdlovsk branch of the International Academy of Agrarian Education (MAAO) on May 29, 2021. Traditionally, the annual competition of business projects for schoolchildren and college students “Youth of the Urals - Russia's Innovative Economy” was held.
The purpose of the competition is to identify and support a young, talented and active part of young people, especially in rural areas.
The organizers of the competition and the competent jury, according to the Regulations on the competition, accepted and evaluated 103 works, 37 projects passed to the final, which were presented at the face-to-face stage of the landmark event. Young entrepreneurs from Sverdlovsk, Moscow Chelyabinsk, Perm, Tyumen, Tula, Yaroslavl and other regions of the country, as well as foreign guests spoke at the Tsar's Hall of the Ural State Mining University (May 29, 2021).
The participants of the competition presented works in different directions: agriculture, industry, construction, energy, agribusiness, food security, IT, culture, tourism, etc.
Among the 37 laureates of the competition, more than half are schoolchildren, who are represented not only by city schools and gymnasiums, but also by many rural schools. For example, Kristina Skryabina (grade 10), Pokrovskoye village, Sverdlovsk region, Angelina Anikienko (grade 8), village. Yasnye Polyany Chelyabinsk Region, Ogorodova Vera (8kl.) Kiselyovo village Perm Territory. Many projects of schoolchildren and students were devoted to the agricultural industry, for example, the use of computer technologies in the greenhouse industry, the development of modern veterinary drugs and immunomodulators, the cultivation of root crops, the processing of various production wastes, the use of potash fertilizers, the development and creation of modern technologies for reclamation and phytomelioration of disturbed areas and much to another.
The youngest participants in the competition were: Dolganova Marina, a 5th grade student from the city of Berezovsky (Sverdlovsk region) and Baturin Kirill, a 4th grade student (village of Lesnikovo, Kurgan oblast), first place among the participants was taken by Plekhanova Anastasia, a student 9-B class “Gymnasium №1 named after Hero of the Russian Federation A.V. Balandina ", Balashikha, Moscow region.
All the finalists of the competition received awards and memorable prizes, which were presented to them by the chairman of the jury, Alexander Nikolaevich Semin, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Honorary President of the Sverdlovsk Regional Branch of the MAAO.
