The advanced training program "Mathematical Methods in Pedagogical Research" is aimed at developing the teacher's readiness for research activities based on the integration of pedagogy, mathematics and computer science.
The course is designed to train students in research activities, in the process of which the following tasks are solved:
- to systematize the available knowledge about the methods of pedagogical research and, first of all, about the methods of mathematical processing of the results of pedagogical research;
- to acquaint the teacher with the basic principles and functions of the research activity;
- to form special skills and abilities for carrying out research activities in the educational process using methods of mathematical processing of results;
- teach to identify problems and contradictions in the pedagogical process.
